Oh how I need it.

'Be still and know I am God.'

Nowhere does he say run around like a headless chicken lisa and worry about meaningless astuff that won't impact the kingdom today or the next day.

just be still.

This is my way of saying that I am in despeate need of rest. I have been physcially sick, spiritually attacked , emotionally worn out and just at my wits end for the last couple of weeks so your prayers would be helpful.
